bareclock is a free clock that runs in your browser. Use it in a tab, on a second screen, or fullscreen.

Change how it looks

Choose a simple, flip, digital, dial, stacked, halo, horizon, or world-map display. Adjust the size and weight of the digits, use 12-hour or 24-hour time, and show or hide seconds, the date, and the city name.

Pick from 24 themes, including Dracula, all four Catppuccin flavors, Nord, Tokyo Night, Gruvbox, Rosé Pine, and Solarized. Or set your own colors for the background, time, date, and world-clock tiles.

Add world clocks

Add cities from the world-clock picker. Search by city, country, region, or timezone. Select a world clock to make it the main display. Use the × on a tile to remove it, or reorder cities in Settings.

Timezones and daylight saving follow your browser's timezone data. The time comes from your device.

Keyboard shortcuts

F: Enter or leave fullscreen
S: Open Settings
W: Show world clocks or add your first city
Esc: Close the open panel

Shortcuts do nothing while you type in a search or field. If fullscreen is unavailable, use your browser's fullscreen control.

Privacy and offline use

No account, ads, or analytics. Your settings stay in this browser. The clock works offline after its first successful load. The full city directory downloads only when you first open the picker, then stays available for offline searches.

Keep screen awake asks your browser to keep the display on while this tab is visible. Availability depends on your browser and power settings. Animations follow your reduced-motion setting.
